Lavender is a Mediterranean herb so do not over water. They are drought tolerant and need free draining soil. Once planted they need little maintainance, however all lavenders need a good haircut after flowering, or at least by late summer so leave 2" of healthy green growth so new growth can establish before Autumn.

 

About our Lavender Products:

Lavender has a reputation for its soothing and calming qualities. It has been used over the centuries not only to cure many illnesses but to aid restful sleep place, a sachet or two under your pillow slip.

Lavender is said to promote 'Love and Devotion' in a marriage hence why many brides use it as a theme for their wedding day. We make lavender wedding favours in any colour to order. Our Cream Heart can be given to the bride on her wedding day as a beautiful keepsake. Can also make a beautiful gift for birth of a baby (in pink or blue), or as a christening present.

We only use natural ingredients and our own lavender in all products, except for some lavender essential oil (we're working on it!). We use 100% cotton fabric, except for favours and marmalade lids. We follow tight reduce, re-use and recycle policy and we are proud to act as green as possible, All sachets and hearts arrive wrapped in lavender tissue.
